Exchange Policy

At Semal Handicrafts, we take great care in crafting each piece and hope you cherish it as much as we do. However, if you need to exchange an item, we’re happy to assist you.

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

• If the product received is defective or damaged

• If you have received the wrong size or item

• If you wish to exchange for a different size or style (subject to availability)

The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged—with all original tags intact.

Please Note:

• Exchange is applicable only once per order

• Exchange is free, but return shipping for refunds is chargeable if the issue is not from our end

• Products purchased during SALE events are not eligible for return or exchange

Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, it must meet the following conditions:

• The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged

• Original tags must be intact

• Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer within 15 working days after a successful quality check of the returned product.

For returns due to product defects, please share a clear parcel opening video or images as proof.

Return Process

We may arrange a reverse pickup for eligible locations. Alternatively, you can send the package to:

Once we receive the item, it will undergo a quality check. If it passes, we will proceed with the exchange or refund as applicable.

Note: An item is eligible for return/exchange only once.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After that, cancellations will not be accepted.
